We Built This State.

Politicians Broke It.

LET’S FIX IT.

I'm Araceli Martinez.

I’m a small business owner, daughter of immigrants, and I'm running for State Senate because the people who built this state deserve better than what politicians have done to it.

What I'm Fighting For

Affordability

California didn't become unaffordable by accident. Politicians made it that way — with higher taxes, more regulation, and policies that punish the people doing the work. I'll cut the red tape and lower costs so families can actually get ahead.

Small Business & Jobs

I built my own business here. I know what Sacramento's bureaucracy feels like from the inside. I'll fight to remove the red tape so small businesses in our district can grow, hire, and stay.

Family & Community

Strong families build strong communities. I'll defend parental rights, support policies that let parents be parents, and make sure government stays out of the way.

Public Safety

Every family in SD30 deserves to feel safe where they live. I will support law enforcement, hold repeat offenders accountable, and push back on policies that have made our communities less safe.

I am the daughter of immigrants — my father from Mexico, my mother from Honduras.

They came to this country with nothing but faith, determination, and a willingness to work. They built a life, and they built a family.

Their story is my story. And their story is the story of so many families in our community. I grew up surrounded by blue-collar workers — the backbone of our communities.

I went on to earn my degree from UC Riverside, start my own business, and spend years working as a journalist and political analyst fighting for the people of California.

Now, I'm asking for your support to take that fight to Sacramento.
